Description
This meal plan suits the average day to day gym user, who is looking to stay lean while also gradually adding on muscle mass. This may also suit any aerobic based athletes such as GAA and soccer players etc. We have selected your meals based on your plan from our menu which changes weekly.
Our protein sources for these packages include a variety of: Beef, Chicken, Fish, Turkey and Pork.
Our carbohydrates include a variety of: Pasta, Potatoes, Rice and Sweet Potatoes.
For our Vegetables we include a variety of: Broccoli, Carrots, Green Beans, Mangetout, Onion, Peas and Peppers.
All meals are between 400 and 850 calories
